When UNBOUND May Guide You to a Somatic Tool.....

Most of the time, UNBOUND works without techniques.

Occasionally, UNBOUND may suggest a simple somatic support — such as breath or tapping — only when attention alone is no longer enough.

This usually happens if:

  • Sensation is escalating rather than softening

  • You feel unable to stay present

  • Your breathing feels stuck or disrupted

  • You feel numb, disconnected, or like you’re checking out

  • You explicitly ask for help settling your body

Somatic tools are used as support, not as the work itself.
Once your system stabilizes, UNBOUND returns to staying with direct experience rather than technique.

Somatic tools are never mandatory.

What to Expect....

Sometimes the shift is immediate.
Sometimes it’s subtle.
Sometimes it happens after you step away.

UNBOUND won’t push you toward decisions or conclusions.
Clarity comes after the body settles, not before.
