UNBOUND

STOP AUTOMATICALLY OBEYING THE PATTERNS THAT KEEP REPEATING.

UNBOUND PROTOCOL BY VANESE MC NEILL

UNBIND YOURSELF

Break the vows, dissolve the patterns, and finally become the version of you who can receive everything you've been calling in with UNBOUND

WHY UNBOUND?

Why do we keep repeating patterns we KNOW don't serve us?

Because knowing better doesn't always mean doing differently.

You can understand exactly what you're doing.

You can know the fear is irrational.
You can know the old belief no longer makes sense.

And still — when the right trigger appears — find yourself reacting in exactly the same way.

You shut down. You hesitate. You overthink. You make yourself smaller. You don't ask. You don't act.

UNBOUND works with that moment.

Instead of simply understanding the pattern, you learn a practical process for interrupting it while it's active — creating space between the trigger and the response you normally obey.

  • YOU RECOGNIZE THE PATTERN
Learn to notice the trigger, belief or automatic response while it's actually happening.

  • YOU INTERRUPT THE RESPONSE
Instead of automatically following the familiar reaction, you have a process for doing something with it.

  • YOU CREATE ANOTHER OPTION
Work with the underlying rule or belief and deliberately rehearse a different response.

  • YOU LEARN A TOOL YOU CAN REUSE
Once you know the UNBOUND process, you can return to it whenever another pattern shows itself.

Insight tells you there's a pattern.
UNBOUND gives you something to do about it.

LEARN THE METHOD. THEN USE IT.

UNBOUND isn't about taking you through every possible belief or trigger one by one.

I'm teaching you the process.

You'll learn how to recognize when a pattern is active, interrupt the automatic response, and introduce another option.

Then the accompanying materials give you places to apply it — including 10 common areas where old beliefs and patterns tend to show up.

The point isn't for me to unbind every pattern for you.

It's for you to leave knowing how to work with the next one when it appears.

THE UNBOUND PROCESS

You don't need a different technique for every pattern.

You learn one process and apply it wherever the pattern appears.

1. ACTIVATE
Bring the pattern into awareness — just enough to recognize what is happening.

2. INTERRUPT
Use breath, movement and tapping to disrupt the familiar automatic response.

3. SOFTEN
Use Havening, bilateral movement and simple cognitive techniques to reduce the charge and create some distance from the old pattern.

4. INTRODUCE SOMETHING DIFFERENT
Once the automatic response has been interrupted, deliberately rehearse a different belief, response or possibility.

The point isn't to convince yourself that something new is true.

It's to stop automatically behaving as though the old thing is.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

  • Not another pile of information about why you are the way you are.

A method you know how to use.

When you notice yourself shutting down, shrinking, overthinking, avoiding, bracing, people-pleasing, expecting the worst or repeating an old belief...

you have something to do next.

And because the protocol is yours, you can return to it whenever another pattern appears.

WHERE DO I START?

If everything feels connected, start here.

You don't have to work on everything at once.

If you're not sure where to begin, I suggest working through the patterns in this order:

1. Safety
2. Worthiness
3. Visibility
4. Abandonment / Attachment
5. Failure / Success
6. Money
7. Emotional Suppression
8. Childhood Identity
9. Freeze / Shutdown
10. Future Identity

Start at the beginning, jump to the pattern that's shouting the loudest,

or simply use UNBOUND when something comes up.

The important thing is that now you have a method for working with it.

TAKE UNBOUND WITH YOU.
