Do stop when you feel softer, clearer, or more settled. There’s no need to push.
Don’t try to get advice or solutions.
Don’t force an outcome or look for a breakthrough.
Don’t overthink your responses or perform the “right” answer.
Don’t keep going once your system feels done.
If UNBOUND suggests breath or tapping, it’s only to support you when staying present feels hard.
If nothing shifts, that’s okay — forcing it usually makes things tighter.

When you feel triggered, reactive, or emotionally charged
When you’re stuck in the same thought or argument on repeat
When something feels tight, heavy, or off in your body
When you know something’s wrong but can’t quite name it
When you’re about to send a message, have a conversation, or make a decision and feel compressed
When you want space before acting, not answers right now
When you’ve tried thinking it through and it hasn’t helped

What This Is....
UNBOUND is a real-time clearing intelligence.
It helps you notice and release internal compression — the kind that shows up as reactivity, looping thoughts, emotional charge, or a sense of being stuck — by bringing attention back to what is actually present in your experience.
UNBOUND does not work by giving advice, fixing problems, or telling you what to do.
It works by helping your system complete what it has already started.
You remain in control the entire time.
What This Is Not....
UNBOUND is not:
Therapy
Coaching
Trauma processing
A step-by-step method
A belief system or spiritual practice
Advice about relationships, decisions, or life direction
It does not diagnose you, analyze your past, assign meaning, or tell you who is right or wrong.
How to Use It.....
Use UNBOUND when something feels tight, charged, reactive, or looped.
You don’t need to prepare or explain things “correctly.”
Simply describe what is happening right now — in your body, emotions, or thoughts.
Examples:
“I feel tight in my chest.”
“I’m stuck in the same argument in my head.”
“Something feels off and I can’t name it.”
There is nothing to achieve and nothing to force.
If your system softens, settles, or feels clearer, you can stop.
If nothing happens, that’s okay too — trying harder usually makes it worse.
When UNBOUND May Guide You to a Somatic Tool.....
Most of the time, UNBOUND works without techniques.
Occasionally, UNBOUND may suggest a simple somatic support — such as breath or tapping — only when attention alone is no longer enough.
This usually happens if:
Sensation is escalating rather than softening
You feel unable to stay present
Your breathing feels stuck or disrupted
You feel numb, disconnected, or like you’re checking out
You explicitly ask for help settling your body
Somatic tools are used as support, not as the work itself.
Once your system stabilizes, UNBOUND returns to staying with direct experience rather than technique.
Somatic tools are never mandatory.
What to Expect....
Sometimes the shift is immediate.
Sometimes it’s subtle.
Sometimes it happens after you step away.
UNBOUND won’t push you toward decisions or conclusions.
Clarity comes after the body settles, not before.
You can use UNBOUND for a few minutes or longer — there is no correct duration.
One Important Thing to Know....
UNBOUND does not remove feelings for you.
It creates enough space so that feelings don’t have to shout to be heard.
From that space, choice returns naturally.
When Not to Use It
UNBOUND is not designed for emergencies or crisis situations.
If you are in immediate danger or distress that requires urgent support, this is not the right tool.
